1. Operator and scope

2. Accounts and free plan
Provide accurate information and protect your account and connector tokens. The Free plan is described as one trading account and 30 days of history; Pro as three accounts and full history; Elite as unlimited accounts. These limits are currently advisory during early access. No investor password is collected. You can revoke a connector token at any time.
3. Subscription and cancellation
Payments and paid subscription renewal are not enabled. Displayed prices are Free 0€, Pro 14.90€/month and Elite 29€/month. Before paid subscriptions launch, applicable taxes, billing intervals, renewal, withdrawal rights, refund rules and cancellation controls will be disclosed and agreed before purchase. No payment is taken by the current signup flow.
4. Analysis, not investment advice
Trading CFDs and forex involves a high risk of losing money. Nerva is an analysis tool and does not provide investment advice. Past performance does not predict future results. AI coaching may be incomplete or incorrect; it analyzes past data, does not provide signals and is not a substitute for professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not access another person’s data, share stolen credentials, bypass security or usage safeguards, upload unlawful content, abuse the AI service or disrupt the platform. Only import accounts you are authorized to access. We may restrict access proportionately for misuse, with notice where lawful and practicable.
6. Availability and liability
Sync and alerts depend on your terminal, network and browser permissions. They are not guaranteed safeguards against losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any lawful liability cap requires operator and counsel confirmation: [confirm lawful liability cap with legal counsel].
7. Data, ending access and changes
You can export your positions and request account deletion in Settings. Retention and backup rules are described in the Privacy Policy and remain subject to confirmation. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required. Contact the operator for complaints or access questions.
